About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team, supporting crucial systems in a dynamic, international setting. The successful candidate will possess significant technical expertise in CFT, Control‑M, Dynatrace, and Kubernetes, alongside exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CFT (Cross File Transfer) environments to ensure secure and reliable file transfers.
• Administer and optimize Control‑M workloads, incorporating batch scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting duties.
• Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and facilitating incident resolution.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of Kubernetes clusters in production settings.
• Engage in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to maintain platform stability.
• Contribute to documentation, continuous improvement, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in French (B2) and English (B2) is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with:
• CFT
• Control‑M
• Dynatrace
• Kubernetes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in enterprise or high-availability environments.
• Ability to excel in an international, multicultural environment.
