What You Will Need:

• Experience using and applying Large Language Models. You should know how to prompt-engineer them, how to evaluate them, and understand how they are tuned.
• Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered agentic solutions
• Establish and refine processes to ensure quality and accuracy in the Conversational AI channels (nice to have)
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
• Have a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Have hands-on experience in Agile Product Development
• Have hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule
• Have a strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.)
• Have worked with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral
• Have built or iterated on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms
• Have the ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications
• Have the ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
• Fluency in English and Turkish
