A global consumer organization is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer. This role goes beyond tooling- you will design, implement, and continuously enhance observability capabilities to support business-critical services, improve system resilience, and enable better operational decision-making.

Your tasks

• Manage end-to-end observability for business-critical applications and platforms
• Work hands-on with New Relic to create dashboards, configure alerts, develop service views, and generate actionable insights
• Evaluate system performance, behavior, and reliability, using strong analytical thinking
• Operate as a senior, self-sufficient engineer, taking ownership of topics from start to finish
• Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, service owners, and business stakeholders
• Continuously refine monitoring strategies, reduce alert noise, and improve signal quality, particularly during high-pressure situations and production incidents
