Your responsibilities, Manage, customize, and further develop the SAP CO landscape (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, CO‑PA, CO‑PC)., Analyze and design business processes in Controlling and translate them into SAP requirements., Drive or support SAP CO rollout, implementation, and optimization projects., Prepare functional specifications and collaborate closely with ABAP developers and internal IT teams., Ensure smooth daily operations (2nd/3rd level support), including troubleshooting and advisory for business stakeholders., Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users., Work closely with international teams across D&I and Finance.
Strong knowledge in key CO components; FI understanding is a plus., Experience in cross‑functional integration (FI, MM, PP, SD)., Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage stakeholders., Analytical mindset, structured working style, strong communication skills., Very good English and Polish; German is an advantage.
