Join Sii as a Business Analyst and support one of the largest financial institutions in the world in delivering key Finance and Product Control initiatives. In this role, you will provide high‑quality analysis, documentation, and testing support to ensure that changes are clearly defined and successfully implemented. You will work closely with Finance, Product Control, and IT teams to assess impacts, design solutions, and guide business adoption.
Your tasks
Your tasks
- Provide high‑quality project analysis, including data review, process mapping, and benefit validation, to support the value stream lead
- Produce clear and accurate project documentation aligned with the Change Framework
- Collaborate with the local Product Control team to understand how change requirements affect daily activities
- Document business changes in detail, covering requirements, impact, and expected benefits
- Represent the Finance area during system testing by ensuring full coverage of Finance requirements
- Oversee Finance‑related tasks during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines and according to project plans
- Work closely with Finance, Product Control, and IT teams on requirements, data analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation
- Contribute to analysing, designing, and testing solutions to ensure they meet agreed business needs
- Prepare high‑quality written project documentation, such as requirements, process descriptions, and testing outputs
- Engage in teamwork with project members and IT partners, supporting others in a non‑leading role
