Celonis Specialist

As a Celonis Specialist, you will act as a "Process Detective," bridging the gap between raw data and operational excellence. You will leverage the Celonis EMS (Execution Management System) to visualize, analyze, and optimize complex business processes. Your mission is to uncover hidden inefficiencies, reduce manual rework, and drive significant cost savings by providing a transparent, data-driven view of how the company actually operates.

• Data Engineering & Ingestion: Connect Celonis to source systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and use SQL/PQL to transform raw event logs into actionable process maps.
• Process Analytics: Build and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and perform conformance checking to spot deviations from standard procedures.
• Optimization & Value Discovery: Quantify the financial impact of process inefficiencies (e.g., revenue leakage, late payments) and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Automation Deployment: Configure the Celonis Action Engine to trigger real-time alerts and automated workflows that correct process errors before they impact the business.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Department Leads (P2P, O2C, Supply Chain) to translate analytical insights into strategic process improvement initiatives.
