IS Manager

We are building a new global ISIT organization to support the growth of our Robotics business. As part of our modern SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud landscape, we are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Specialist who wants to help shape a standardized, cloud‑driven financial core for a global company. You will join a dedicated Operations team working closely with global Finance stakeholders, implementation partners, and platform vendors to secure stable, compliant, and efficient Finance processes across all regions.

In this role, you will focus on designing and optimizing SAP Public Cloud Finance processes, supporting release cycles, and ensuring high‑quality integrations with surrounding systems. While the system build is delivered by an external team, your expertise will be essential in future configuration, testing, operational support, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in line with global standards
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Finance scope items across Public cloud release cycles
• Provide expert operational support, including incident analysis and documentation
• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements
• Collaborate with global Finance teams, SAP, and partners to drive improvements and innovation
  
  

This role supports a global Finance and Controlling landscape across multiple regions and systems, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud as well as SAP Private Cloud, SAP BTP, GTS, Ariba and Concur. The position can be based in India, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Mexico or the United States, following a hybrid working model, depending on country.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in SAP Finance FI and CO
• Proven experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data, Engineering or related fields
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Finance and Controlling processes
• Experience working in global organizations with multi‑country requirements
• Skilled in troubleshooting, testing support, and resolving process issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
  
  

Experience with SAP Private Cloud, SAP BTP, APIs, integration, SAP Fiori, or test automation is an advantage. Same team will support SAP Private Cloud. Knowledge of compliance requirements and cloud release cycles will further strengthen your profile.
