In this role, you will play a key part in driving the onboarding of privileged accounts into the CyberArk environment across Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud assets.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in complex IT environments, solid exposure to security-related initiatives, and the ability to combine analysis, coordination, stakeholder management, and process oversight. You will act as a link between privileged account owners, SMEs, CyberArk engineers, and operational teams to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding journey.
Main Responsibilities:
The main objective of this role is to ensure the successful onboarding of privileged accounts into the CyberArk platform.
• Analyse the onboarding status of privileged accounts across Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud environments, based on automated scan results as well as questionnaires and interviews.
• Contact and follow up with privileged account owners and system SMEs to gather account and system inventory data within defined timelines.
• Collect onboarding use cases from SMEs and guide account owners on the most suitable solution path, according to defined onboarding patterns.
• Advise on the setup of required user groups, shared accounts, and CyberArk safe structures for onboarding.
• Coordinate assigned CyberArk engineers during implementation and testing activities, including connectors and plug-ins where required.
• Monitor and support the implementation lifecycle, including testing, issue resolution, and formal sign-off.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders involved in the onboarding process.
• Support troubleshooting and integration-related activities in cooperation with SMEs, CyberArk engineers, and the wider project team.
• Raise and monitor Incident and Change tickets in the internal ticketing system when needed.
• Support end-user and team onboarding to CyberArk by organising workshops, tracking task sequences, and participating in regular progress calls.
• Collaborate closely with the PAM Run / Operations Team responsible for deployment support and selected troubleshooting activities.
• Keep onboarding tracking tools and status reports up to date to ensure transparency and progress visibility.
Key Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in complex IT projects, ideally within consulting or transformation environments.
• Proven experience in integrating security requirements into IT solutions.
• Good general understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and propose practical next steps.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities in parallel.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• German would be considered an advantage.
