We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Consultant with strong experience in Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting HR solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards, specifically for the Polish market.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Consultant with strong experience in Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting HR solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards, specifically for the Polish market.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, HR Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HR PA and PY, including configuration, testing, and support.
- Proven expertise in Polish Payroll: statutory compliance, payroll processing cycles, and reporting (ZUS, PIT, PPK, etc.).
- Experience with SAP schema and PCR configuration specific to Poland.
- Solid understanding of PA master data, organizational structures, and infotype management.
- Exposure to Time Management integration and payroll retro calculations.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Polish proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Lead end-to-end projects in SAP HR, focusing on Polish Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Ensure SAP HR configurations align with Polish labor, tax, and social security laws (ZUS, PIT, PPK, PFRON, etc.).
- Collaborate with Deloitte teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Manage payroll schemas, rules, and wage types for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Analyze issues, provide support, and proactively recommend improvements for SAP HR systems.
- Contribute to project documentation, UAT, and end-user training.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a subject matter expert on Polish HR processes within the SAP ecosystem.
