
AI SDLC Engineer
📝 Twój zakres obowiązków
Your responsibilities, Work as a developer (Java / .NET / frontend / cloud), Build internal AI-based solutions (agents, workflows, automations), Join teams and help them change the way they work: demonstrate how to use AI in daily tasks, support the implementation of specific practices (code, testing, analysis, UX), Measure effectiveness (time, quality, throughput), Report the level of AI adoption in teams (usage, impact, maturity), Create and maintain standards for working with AI (prompting, agents, memory, workflows), Share knowledge and help build an internal community
Active developer, Strong expertise in one of the following ecosystems: Java / .NET / frontend - we expect any level of experience with these technologies, Active use of AI in daily work (not just ChatGPT for “assistance”), Understanding of the SDLC end-to-end (analysis → production), Enjoyment of working with people and driving changes in how they operate, Ability to demonstrate concrete impact: “I did X → result Y”
Optional, Experience with AI agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.), Test automation experience (e.g. Playwright), Experience in measuring team productivity, Experience in building internal tools / platforms

We are creating an environment where most of the SDLC (analysis, UX, code, testing, documentation) is supported by AI (Claude Code, agents, automations). We already have teams working in this model — now we want to scale this approach across the entire organization.
