Business Analyst & SAP VARCOND Specialist with German

Your responsibilities, Support the digital optimization of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes., Act as a Business Analyst for SAP Variant Configuration, collaborating with first-line support, key users, and technical consultants to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications., Analyze data quality, identify data cleansing needs, assess downstream impacts, and implement SAP configuration changes., Focus on SAP Variant Configuration for flat carbon steel products, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business transactions and resolve complex issues., Troubleshoot incidents and continuously improve solutions and system stability., Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer and user training.

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or have comparable technical expertise., Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Variant Configuration, ideally in large-scale SAP environments., Bring strong expertise in SAP SD and Variant Configuration, combined with a Business Analyst background in manufacturing., Possess a solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes., Have deep knowledge of steel production and products, with flat carbon steel experience strongly preferred., Communicate fluently in German (C1) and English (C1B2), both written and spoken., Demonstrate a proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset, and thrive in cross-functional teams., Have SAP certifications and/or SAP BRF+ skills (a plus).
