Your responsibilities, Set up strong governance, process and reporting mechanisms, Establish frameworks for tracking project benefits and ensuring compliance with project governance standards, Drive reporting, SteerCo materials including background information, Lead progress reporting ensuring it is accurate, timely, and comprehensive, Drive clear milestone definition, planning and closure of milestones, Pro-actively set up and improve structure and processes for effective team work, Coordinate with BCCM central PMO and DORA central programme, Deliver accurate reporting and communication materials, Ensure alignment with overall project reporting requirements
Proven experience in coordination, oversight and managing complex projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, Strong governance, compliance, communication, reporting skills, Vast experience in governance, reporting and stakeholder management, Pro-active in optimizing processes to ensure effective and efficient ways of working, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting, Excellent problem solving skills with ability to identify and address issues proactively, Strong stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Excellent communication and reporting skills with ability to produce clear materials for senior stakeholders, Experience in onboarding project teams and enabling control measures, High execution power with basic DORA knowledge or willingness to learn
