ML Data Associate

Location: Gdansk (Fully On-site)

Duration: 6 Months (Contract with a possibility of extension & conversion to FTE)

Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: 51.50 – 54.5 PLN/h

Role Overview

AI is the most transformational technology of our time. Our Client is investing in generative AI and the responsible development and deployment of large language models (LLMs) across their global operations. We are looking for ML Data Associates who don’t just think out of the box, but make the box they are in ‘Bigger’.

In this role, you will undertake foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data. You will be part of a diverse team with a shared vision of improving customers’ lives with practical, useful generative AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Labeling & Insight: Deliver high-quality labeled data across multiple modalities (text, image, video, and audio) using in-house tools to meet strict KPIs.
• Quality Analysis: Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs.
• Process Improvement: Identify day-to-day operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or tools and suggest changes to unblock operations.
• Data Confidentiality: Maintain and follow strict confidentiality protocols, as customer privacy is the most important tenet.
• Floor Support: Demonstrate ownership by providing floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution when needed.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French, German or Dutch (C1+).
• Essential: English (min. B2+).
• Education: Associate’s Degree or related work experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Skills: Strong business writing, advanced reading comprehension, and the ability to interpret detailed technical instructions.
• Adaptability: Ability to work with a range of different data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using in-house software for data processing.
