Your responsibilities, Provide end-user support and remote troubleshooting, Prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously, Act as an escalation point for urgent IT incidents, Suggest process improvements based on recurring issues, Record and escalate unresolved problems using ITSM tools
Fluency in English and Danish (minimum B1/B2), Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook, Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, Team player with the ability to prioritize and troubleshoot effectively, Experience in Service Desk or Customer Support is a plus, Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, KCS, or Microsoft O365 is an advantage
