About Us, Weâre a fast-growing team developing practical AI that helps ships and workboats operate remotely, make better decisions, and stay reliable in dynamic, high-stakes environments., , The ocean transportation market is huge, under-digitized, and full of hard engineering problems: messy sensor data, constrained hardware, safety requirements, and systems that have to work offshore. Our products turn that complexity into usable tools for maritime operators, combining autonomy software with clear human-machine interaction., , Based in Gdansk, Poland with headquarters in Boston, USA, weâre a crew of engineers, software developers, and autonomy scientists working together to ship technology that gets deployed in the field. If youâre someone who wants ownership, technical depth, and outcomes you can measure in the real world, this is the kind of challenge youâll feel here with us. Apply and letâs get to know each other., , As a CI/CD Developer you will work closely with US team: Vinay, Greg, and Brendan and on polish side with Sandra after her comeback from maternity leave.,
About the project
Why join us?
Because what we build actually goes into the water and does the job - for both commercial and military use. It's real-world autonomy, not just theory. Weâre a driven and focused team. Youâll have space to try things, ask questions, suggest better ways, and be heard. Your work wwill actually shape the product.
If you want to work on something that matters, with people who actually care, this might be your place.
We aim for full transparency and predictable steps in recruitment process:
* Intro interview (30â40 min)
* Technical talk and technical task
* Final interview with an offer or feedback
If all that resonates with you feel free to send us your resume. Weâd love to chat and see if this is a great fit for you.
