
E-Commerce Data Analyst (F/M)

Your responsibilities, Web Analytics & Tracking Implementation, Design and maintain measurement plans aligned with business needs, Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), Ensure proper documentation of tracking setups and data flows, Support testing phases and validate data layer implementations, Troubleshoot and resolve technical tracking issues, Analytics & Reporting, Analyze behavioral, transactional and customer data to identify trends and opportunities, Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI), Provide actionable insights to improve customer journey and conversion, Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives, Tools & Support, Manage and maintain Google Analytics (GA4) and GTM environments, Support internal stakeholders in using analytics tools effectively, Contribute to the continuous improvement of data usage across teams, Governance & Continuous Improvement, Ensure compliance with data governance standards and IT policies, Monitor industry trends and continuously improve tracking and analytics practices
3+ years of experience as an eCommerce Data Analyst or similar role, Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, Degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field, Advanced Excel skills, Working knowledge of SQL, Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), Knowledge of BigQuery is a plus, Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or equivalent is a plus, Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, Curiosity and continuous learning attitude, Business-oriented with a strategic vision, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple topics with attention to detail, Team player with strong stakeholder management skills, Fluent English (written and spoken)
