Interest in cloud technologies and operational work., Understanding of AWS or cloud concepts in general., Familiarity with Linux command-line usage., Understanding of IT infrastructure basics (networking, operating systems, monitoring)., Strong problem-solving approach and attention to detail., Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work within structured operational frameworks (in.ex.ITIL)., Good English communication skills (written and spoken)., Exposure to a technical support, service desk, or operational process environment in an IT or technology setting, with an ability to follow structured processes and troubleshoot technical issues.

Optional, Practical exposure to AWS CloudFormation,EC2, S3, RDS., Familiarity with log aggregation and monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic, Splunk, or similar platforms., ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation)., Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner., Language certificates (in.ex. FCE)., Experience working in a shift-based or support environment.
