We are looking for candidates for the role of Supply Chain Consultant (SAP IBP) in the Supply Chain & Operations cluster within EY Business Consulting in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands‑on experience in supply chain planning who want to develop their skills in project‑based, transformation‑focused environments.
You will join our Integrated Business Planning team, supporting global and local clients in planning improvement initiatives, including implementations and enhancements of Advanced Planning Systems - primarily SAP IBP, but also SAP APO, Kinaxis, or OMP, depending on your experience and interests.
We welcome candidates with experience in the supply chain planning domain, gained either in business roles or in consulting. We particularly value experience in system implementations or process improvements delivered in international settings.
Your scope of duties:
Participation in end‑to‑end supply chain transformation projects, primarily in Planning, but also across related areas such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain Strategy, with a strong technology component

Your scope of duties:
Participation in end‑to‑end supply chain transformation projects, primarily in Planning, but also across related areas such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain Strategy, with a strong technology component
- Involvement in Advanced Planning and Scheduling system implementations and rollouts, often delivered using Agile methodologies
- Acting as a key client contact and subject‑matter contributor, combining business understanding with system and solution knowledge
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications, including user stories and design documentation
- Supporting and co‑facilitating workshops with client business teams across functions and geographic regions
- Supporting successful project delivery through Fit‑Gap analysis, master data and system setup, testing (UT, IT, UAT), trainings, go‑live and post‑go‑live support
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes and identifying planning improvement opportunities
- Supporting business development activities, including scope definition, timelines, budget and deliverables
- Preparing and finalizing project deliverables such as presentations, reports, workshop materials and business proposals
- Applying available analysis, design, optimization and centralization methods within the supply chain domain
- Experience in the supply chain area gained:
- in an industry or business role, such as supply chain planning, demand or supply planning, S&OP, supply chain analysis, or as a key user / super user / SME of planning systems including participation in project setups or rollouts, or
- in a consulting or system implementation role
- Solid functional understanding of supply chain planning processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical or functional solutions
- Exposure to Advanced Planning Systems such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, OMP, Kinaxis, as well as ERPs (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) - Technical expertise is considered an advantage but is not mandatory
- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher), preferably in supply chain, logistics, IT, economics, finance or a related field
- Business‑level English proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem‑solving mindset
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, including international trips (approximately 30% of the time)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team
