you have at least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing IT systems in public sector organizations;, you have experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement;, you are interested in the public sector and the changes taking place within it;, you are familiar with current market trends such as Digitalization, E-Governance, and Data-Driven Decision Making;, you excel in building relationships with people, are communicative, and find satisfaction in helping public sector partners and gaining their attention for your ideas and services;, you have a strong command of German and English;, you possess excellent analytical thinking skills - you can analyze processes, situations, and problems in a structured way and propose solutions, focusing on the business goals of your activities.
