Fixed Income Content Analyst
You and Your Team
You will join a team of around 40 colleagues located across several global offices, with the core hub based in Gdynia, Poland. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring market events and new bond issuances, building relationships with market participants, performing quality control checks, and responding to client inquiries.

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł73,100 - zł116,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.

What You Need To Bring
- Intermediate knowledge of financial markets (Debt)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in sourcing and processing data
- Intermediate (or higher) proficiency in Excel
- Openness to daily challenges and strong critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform detailed analytical research
- Confidence to challenge and question the status quo
- Willingness to take ownership of regional research and smaller projects
- Ability to visualize data effectively
- Advanced knowledge of financial markets (Debt) and fixed‑income procedures
- Experience using Refinitiv/LSEG products: Workspace and Datascope
- Practical knowledge of SQL
- Experience in VBA, Python or other similar programing languages
- Experience in customer support (e.g., responding to client queries)
- Experience working on projects
- Managing coverage of one of the EMEA fixed‑income markets (content production)
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness, in line with internal KPIs and SLAs
- Collaborating with Fixed Income Analysts, Senior Market Analysts, and Specialists
- Working independently or within teams, proactively identifying and solving issues
- Processing and/or coordinating smaller regional projects
- Handling client queries and escalations, including direct calls when required
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid professional and conceptual understanding of relevant theories and principles
- Good understanding of the roles of key functional groups within the area
- Ability to suggest process improvements based on investigative and analytical work
- Leading and taking responsibility for straightforward projects and associated teams
- Contributing to departmental objectives and goals
