Your responsibilities, This is a hands-on role which combines local IT ownership with active leadership in cross-European projects and exposure to a global IT structure., Lead and actively participate in implementations of ERP, BI, CRM and related integrations in Europe, including leading of international project teams and external consultants (up to ~10 people), Take ownership of the local IT environment and operations (infrastructure, systems, vendors, budget), Support local production and business teams in day-to-day IT topics, including hands-on troubleshooting when needed, Work directly with production (shopfloor) to ensure reliability of systems and integrations, Support the customer-centric service mindset and enabling employees to work effectively, while also training and empowering end users to develop skills and knowledge in their applications., Support digitalisation and data-related initiatives (reporting, process improvements), Translate business needs into practical and scalable IT solutions, Prepare and monitor the IT-related expenses and capital expenditure plans., Help to define and to drive the Digital Transformation roadmap including Data and Analytics to meet the needs of the organisation
IT experience in a manufacturing / production environment, Previous direct involvement in ERP / BI / CRM implementations and upgrades (hands-on, not only vendor coordination), Willingness to combine local ownership with project lead in an international environment, Has experience in managing small project teams (internal + external) and in international projects, Is hands-on and willing to solve problems directly when needed (including on-site / shopfloor work), Is pragmatic, independent and solution-oriented, Communicates effectively with both business users and international stakeholders, Financial acumen: understands budget management, negotiation, and able to explain through main point communication, Very good command of English and Polish is a must
