Your responsibilities, Facilitate business domain knowledge from different Shiji products, Understand and analyze the data from Business Intelligence point of view, Help to design and implement data models which are going to be used to build insights, Build dashboards which will allow to discover trends in data, using a state-of-the-art Business Intelligence tool, Build and optimize SQL queries for the respective data, Maintain technical documentation
Previous working experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or Data Engineer for at least 2 years, Good understanding of Relational Database and Data Warehouse concepts, Advanced working knowledge of SQL, University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar relevant fields, Basic knowledge of Agile process and principles, Outstanding communication and presentation skills, Good organizational and time management skills, Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to details
Optional, Familiar with microservices architecture and REST APIs, Previous experience working in SCRUM team, Experience with AWS QuickSight

About the project
The Analytics team focuses on Business Intelligence solutions – delivering software for interactive dashboards and data-driven insights. We're currently building a new BI tool: a web application with SSO integration, deployment tooling, and microservices for access management.
We handle data integration and ETL processes (Athena, Redshift), data modeling, and dashboard development (with dedicated BI developers). The solution is fully deployed on AWS (SQS, Vault, S3, Lambdas), with backend microservices in .NET and a Windows service for data extraction. Deployment is automated end-to-end.
Tech stack: Amazon QuickSight, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
