Your responsibilities, You lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of Salesforce‑related projects while ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment across all involved parties., Your responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, costs, risks, issues, and change requests to keep every project on track and within budget., By establishing trusting relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams, you guide projects toward successful completion and act as a reliable, empathetic partner., Together with interdisciplinary teams working with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and DevOps, you coordinate project deliverables, manage external consultants, and maintain transparent communication., You facilitate project meetings with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment and resolve open points., By creating and maintaining project documentation in Jira and Confluence, you ensure structure, transparency, and traceability for all stakeholders.
Qualification: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field — or bring a non‑technical degree complemented by relevant certifications and experience., Experience: You bring at least three years in the IT industry and minimum three years of hands‑on IT project management experience in hybrid environments., Know‑how and skills: You are confident working with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office tools, and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), and you manage deliverables, milestones, and communication with care and precision., Nice to have: Salesforce knowledge or experience in Salesforce environments is a strong advantage and helps you connect even faster with our Lead‑To‑Order ecosystem., Personality: You thrive in a dynamic environment, build strong relationships across teams, balance multiple responsibilities, and work with empathy, structure, and a strong sense of ownership., Language skills: You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset in our international setting.

Our CRM team designs and implements processes on the Salesforce.com platform to ensure efficient service from request to completion. We work in a flexible hybrid mode, where the employee can choose the days from the office.
