Senior Power Platform Developer works within a technologically versatile team located in Poland, providing consulting services to biggest market players in EMEIA region and around the globe.

The opportunity

You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using RPA and Power Platform. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop business process improvements with use of Power Platform stack and related complementary components
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers and juniors
• Provide support and maintenance to the existing automations and applications
• Manage projects including the above technologies
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

We are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform
• Proficiency in Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps
• Knowledge of Power Platform as an ecosystem in relation to other MS products
• Experience working with Azure resources and ability to utilize them in automation projects
• 4+ years of experience in business process improvement
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Analytical thinking and ability to define and describe business processes
• Knowledge of good development practices and ability to mentor less experienced colleagues in terms of good development practices
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of other programming language/technology from Microsoft Tech Stack
• Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle
• Ability to utilize genAI in daily work

• .Net framework experience
• VBA programming experience
• Experience with relational databases
