The opportunity

As a Architect in Insurance Consulting you will participate in various streams of Insurance projects, collaborate with agile team members in order to achieve project and client goals and be a part of Business Transformations. We are looking for a passionate developers willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries. As a part of our global team you will participate in international projects based on latest data technologies and cloud platforms. Additionally you will play a significant role in building and expanding Insurance competency working together with international Insurance team on sales, business development and hiring opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Need to work as an Architect and/or Technical Lead to contribute in various technical streams of INSURANCE implementation projects.
• Help building a Insurance competency in Poland and EMEIA region
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators and Client’s technical stakeholders
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
• Supporting selling activities.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc.
• Must have hands-on experience in Insurance domain
• Must be an expert in core technical skills: Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka.
• Nice to have a hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (at least one) – AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Ability to design and provide solutions for external integrations
• Ability to understand the Core Insurance architecture, administration, configuration, data structure.
  
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification.
• 10+ years in a corporate IT environment.
• 5+ years in a similar position.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Certificates providing architectural skills like: AWS/Azure/GCP Architect level, TOGAF, ArchiMate or others.
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Certificates proving tech skills: Java, Spring, SQL, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, Angular, React.
• Business certificates proving Insurance domain knowledge and experience
• Good understanding and experience in agile / scrum methodology.
• Experience in client facing roles.
• German, French or Spanish language skills (nice to have)
