For a project in the electrical engineering industry, we are looking for a specialist to support and develop the Teamcenter system in an international environment.

The person in this position will be responsible for analyzing and resolving system issues and collaborating with engineering and design teams using Teamcenter throughout the product lifecycle. The role also includes participating in system configuration changes in a cloud environment and working in a global collaboration model.

Your tasks

• Handling requests related to Teamcenter system - analyzing problems, troubleshooting and proposing solutions or workarounds
• Implementing and supporting system configuration changes on TEST, UAT and PROD environments (cloud environments)
• Analyzing application logs and working with the team on more complex incidents
• Describing causes of problems and lessons learned and developing the knowledge base
• Collaborating with engineering and project teams and communicating in English
• Working in the Follow the Sun model (delegation of tasks between teams) and participating in on-calls
