Your responsibilities, Review and verify user-reported content, Analyze and classify content based on internal guidelines, Flag issues and support decision-making processes, Work with internal systems (no direct customer contact), Handle sensitive or graphic content when required
Portuguese & Spanish (B2) + English (B2), Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system (including weekends), Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment
