Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of Wholesale Servicing goals and transformation initiatives across a global client environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating and enabling change across multiple countries, services, and products, helping to drive a more integrated and consistent Wholesale operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Change Support
- Interpret organisational priorities and user needs to shape clear and actionable requirements
- Contribute to project delivery by analysing how proposed changes may affect timelines, scope, costs, and governance structures
- Evaluate the downstream impact of changes across workflows, systems, and data, ensuring findings are captured in a clear and structured format
- Provide informed effort estimates for new initiatives, enhancements, and requirement updates
- Ensure all activities and requirements contribute to measurable business value
- Monitor potential risks, ensuring they are recorded and communicated appropriately
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Establish effective partnerships with cross-functional teams including analysis, operations, training, legal, and technology functions
- Engage stakeholders to support change initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout delivery
- Follow established approval frameworks to confirm requirements are validated and outcomes are agreed prior to implementation
Team Contribution & Ways of Working
- Collaborate with programme leads and delivery teams to ensure initiatives progress efficiently and meet agreed deadlines
- Operate effectively within global teams, encouraging openness and shared ownership of outcomes
- Remain adaptable when working in fast-changing or unclear environments
- Apply logical and organised thinking when navigating complex challenges or incomplete information
Governance & Risk Awareness
- Work in line with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and risk management standards

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
