At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related IT/security field., Strong understanding of endpoint protection technologies, EDR/XDR solutions, malware detection, and device hardening principles., Proven experience working with endpoint protection platforms, such as CrowdStrike or Trellix., Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security architecture frameworks., Experience working in Agile environments, familiarity with DevOps tools, and risk management practices., Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical issues to diverse audiences., Ability to translate complex security requirements into clear functional documentation., Fluent English (verbal and written).

Optional, Certifications in cybersecurity, business analysis, or project management (e.g., CISSP, CSBA, PMI-PBA)., Knowledge of global data protection regulations such as GDPR., Experience working in large, multinational, highly regulated environments.
