Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Project Delivery team, supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations and other Finance-related transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.

Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Project Delivery team, supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations and other Finance-related transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business users and project delivery teams
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications
- Support end-to-end project delivery across finance-related initiatives, including system implementations, enhancements, and process improvements
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs with stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes
- Assist in solution design by translating business requirements into functional requirements
- Support configuration validation, testing activities (SIT/UAT), defect management, and deployment activities
- Develop and maintain documentation
- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, SAP functional, and integration teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or Finance-related projects
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of SAP ECC / S/4HANA Finance processes
- Experience working in project delivery or implementation environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Master Data Governance (MDG), or Manual Billing processes will be considered a strong asset
