International Wealth & Premier Banking Business Analyst
Location: Cracow, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days pw)
A leading global bank is seeking a Business Analyst to join its International Wealth & Premier Banking (IWPB) technology and operations organisation. This role plays a critical part in shaping digital and operational capabilities for high‑net‑worth and internationally mobile clients, ensuring best‑in‑class wealth management experiences across global markets.
You will work closely with product teams, technology partners, operations, and senior business stakeholders to define requirements, improve system functionality, and enhance the customer journey for lending and wealth‑management products.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems, Processes & Requirements Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document user and business requirements across IWPB lending, digital, or onboarding systems.
- Work with technology teams to translate business needs into robust functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer and advisor experiences.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Support end‑to‑end project lifecycles, including planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, issue logging, and sign‑off.
- Monitor post‑implementation performance and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business users, product owners, IT service teams, and third‑party vendors.
- Communicate complex or technical topics in a clear, user‑friendly manner to senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across global teams to support consistent delivery.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse customer behaviour and system usage to generate insights that enhance client experience and product effectiveness.
- Support data‑driven decision‑making through SQL queries or visualisation tools.
- Contribute to improving digital journeys, wealth‑management tools, and internal advisory platforms.
