You will join the AIR (Analytics, Insight and Reporting) tribe in GDC division and our dedicated in-house team of data-specialists using a pragmatic best-tool-for-the-job approach to optimize our hybrid (On prem-Cloud) infrastructure.

We are building a modern, polyvalent data team where engineers own the full lifecycle of a data product — from ingestion to visualization. No silos. No handovers. High ownership. High impact.

Your Mission: Deliver Data Products End-to-End

You will design, build, and evolve complete data solutions across:

Analytics Layer, Data Modelling & Semantics

• Design and deliver PowerBI data products (datasets + reports).
• Develop and Maintain DAX measures with performance and correctness in mind
• Design curated analytical models aligned with Medallion architecture
• Build certified, reusable datasets optimised for PowerBI
• Guarantee data quality, lineage and business meaning
  
  

Data Engineering

• Engineer scalable transformations using Databricks / Spark
• Implement pipelines in SQL, Python, Scala or Java
• Optimize performance, cost and reliability across batch and streaming workloads
• Embed testing, monitoring and CI-CD into data pipelines
  
  

Azure Cloud Platforms

• Build and operate data platforms on Azure
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture, automation and governance
• Develop scalable transformations in Databricks / Spark.
  
  

Your Expertise

We are looking for engineers with solid foundations and a willingness to operate across the stack

Core Skills

• Azure Cloud engineering (Data Lake, ADF, Key Vault, Functions, etc.)
• Databricks + Spark (structured streaming, performance tuning)
• SQL (advanced modelling and optimisation)
• Python, C#
• Javascript, TypeScript
• Medallion Architecture
• Strong DAX (measures, performance tuning, evaluation content)
• Power BI (datasets + reports)

• Kubernetes knowledge (deployment, orchestration, scaling)
• Experience in lakehouse architectures
• Interest in UX/data storytelling
