🌟 The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role involves building scalable machine learning solutions, developing AI-driven applications, and working on cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, AI agents, and cloud-based ML platforms.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, particularly in data-intensive and supply chain-focused environments.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Core Programming & Tools

• Build and deploy ML models on large-scale production datasets
• Write clean, production-grade code using Python
• Work extensively with SQL, Spark, and/or Snowflake for large datasets
• Use Git for version control and team collaboration
• Implement experiment tracking and model versioning (e.g., MLflow)

📊 Classical ML & Statistical Modeling

• Develop time series forecasting models (ARIMA, Prophet, deep learning methods)
• Apply optimization techniques (linear & mixed-integer programming)
• Build models for classification, regression, clustering, and ensemble learning
• Perform feature engineering, data wrangling, and statistical analysis

🤖 LLM Applications & AI Agent Development

• Design and build AI agents using Azure AI Studio and model endpoints
• Develop RAG pipelines (document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, response generation)
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for complex workflows
• Work with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex

☁️ Azure & Production Delivery

• Work with Azure ecosystem:
• Azure Machine Learning
• Azure AI Studio
• Azure OpenAI Service
• Deliver production-ready ML models with testing, validation, and monitoring
• Build lightweight UI prototypes using Streamlit or Gradio

💡 Work Style

• Self-driven and proactive with strong ownership mindset
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment
• Able to start contributing within 1–2 weeks

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in supply chain domain (forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
