Your responsibilities, Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side Java applications for FX trading, Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and Level 3 support, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements, Enhance legacy codebases and apply modern best practices to new projects, Ensure seamless integration with messaging/middleware technologies and market data sources, Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture

3+ years of proven experience in Java server-side development, including expertise in multi-threaded programming, Strong background in designing and building robust, scalable distributed systems within an enterprise environment, Solid understanding of messaging/middleware technologies (e.g., Kafka, Tibco EMS), frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot), and reactive programming paradigms, Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Docker, and DevOps practices, Basic proficiency in Linux, Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, Fluent English communication skills (B2 level)

Optional, Experience in the FX trading domain, Knowledge of financial instruments such as Bonds, IRS, Futures, and Options, Exposure to front-office trading systems and market connectivity solutions
