Who are we looking for?

Crew Access is a tool which airlines provide to their crew members. It allows to manage cabin and cockpit crew members throughout their operations. Based in Poland, the Crew Access team is the vibrant, passionate group of 27 talented individuals (divided into sub teams). Hackathons, innovative ideas, and technology modernization are among the various aspects of this team.

The role we are offering you:

• Designs, creates, executes, and maintains automated tests
• Creates test documents
• Monitors test execution, collects metrics, identifies coverage gaps and applies needed corrections
• Analyses, improves, and tracks product testing problems
• Consults with development engineers and business analysts to resolve problems
• Participates in knowledge sharing

Our ideal candidate has:

• Java knowledge and programming skills.
• Experience with writing unit/functional/integrations tests (JUnit and similar).
• Commitment to achieving projects goals and orientation to improve quality.
• Java 17, Spring framework, Hibernate, Oracle, SQL, Kafka
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, OpenSearch)
• Solid knowledge of OOP.
