Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

You will work as an IS Solution Architect for Artificial Intelligence and report to the Global IS Consumer Experience Architecture Manager.

You will be responsible for designing global Artificial Intelligence solutions in the Consumer Experience (CX) area, ensuring their alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. You will be responsible for the design, development, integrity, and quality of an IS solution, as well as the associated IS services delivered to the Business. You will also be ensuring that the IS solution/service provides the required functionality and meets the business's expectations, is reliable, maintainable, compliant, and auditable.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the IS Consumer Experience Globally.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Designing the technical IS Artificial Intelligence solution, ensuring alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration across IS Architects, SME, and IS delivery units.
• Work with AI SMEs, developers, and the Data Analytics team to design, build, test, and release the optimal solution for the company.
• Co-create the AI-related Technology Roadmap in collaboration with the Global AI area, Enterprise Architecture, and the business.
• Keeping knowledge up to date regarding new and emerging IS technologies and industry practices, bringing learning into ABB, all within the scope of the relevant IS solutions.
• Support the AI-related tool selection process in line with the IS strategy.
• Acting in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies, with ABB Regulations and Guidelines, of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived, and with any other Internal.
• Providing leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge, and advising typically without carrying line responsibility.
  
  

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar, Master’s degree preferred
• Proven expertise in AI/ML development projects, with strong knowledge of the development life cycle and Practice Coding experience (Python, C#, .NET, other)
• Proven expertise in Azure OpenAI Services, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Container Registry, and API Management and experience in GCP and/or AWS is a plus
• Experience designing Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep. CI/CD designing.
• Experience in DevOps, API Gateway & Platform integration
• Deep knowledge of system design, API integration, microservices, and data pipeline architecture.
• ITIL Foundations certification
• Agile, SCRUM, Lean, DevOps, and Solution architecture certification preferred.
