Role Overview:

The Business Analyst supports the execution of servicing goals and transformation initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating and enabling delivery across countries, services, and products, while leveraging technology and fostering collaboration across teams.

The position plays a key role in integrating technology, driving regulatory and business change, and supporting process improvements under a consistent operating model. The Business Analyst also contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and improving client experience across Client Services.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visit 6 times per month)
