IT Project Manager / Scrum Master.

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for IT Project Manager / Scrum Master.

Your Duties Will Include

• Facilitate teamwork and collaboration within the team.
• Organize and run ceremonies according to the SAFe Agile Framework (retrospectives, daily stand-ups, demos, etc.).
• Manage and maintain the Jira backlog to ensure clear priorities and transparency.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth and proactive communication.
• Gather requirements, clarify expectations, and provide regular updates on progress.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality results on time.
  
  

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Professional experience in leading IT projects
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to represent the team in front of the client, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Very good English and Polish
• Knowledge of German will be an additional advantage.
