Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Plan, structure, define, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation to completion
• Define project charter, business plan, and expected objectives and benefits
• Manage all key stakeholders and all resources/enablers required for project success
• Drive content and challenge project progress/benefits/outcome
• Comply to all UI corporate policy, standards and procedures
• Ensures project meets requirements (incl. technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost)
• Monitors performance and challenges/issues identified. Develop mitigation solutions
• Drive all stakeholders and ensures alignment with project SPOC/Sponsor and GTC/CC forums
• Assess, manage and communicate projects risks and dependencies.
• Communicates important developments to team, sponsor and/or senior management.
• Develops and improves UI project management methodology and toolset

Your skills and experience:

• Worked at least 10 years of experience as Project Manager in an international environment
• Worked at least 5 years in Regulated Environment, preferably in Finance sector
• Experience in leading large cross functional project teams of more than 20 team members
• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, business or finance at University
• Work experience in one of the major consulting firms is a plus (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, big 4)
• Certification in Project Management is a plus (incl. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
• Fluent business English required. Fluency in German and/or French would be a plus
• Works independently with minimal guidance. Strong analytics and problem structuring

• Ability to deal with different stakeholders over various levels of the company
