Junior Data Analyst

We are a hiring Junior Data Analysts to join a leading financial client of our in Krakow.

As they continue to scale, we’re looking for a Junior Data Analysts to join the growing Data Engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with financial data at scale and to contribute to the development of robust data pipelines and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and optimising ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured financial data
• Support the integration of data from internal systems and external financial data providers
• Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure high data quality
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows
• Help implement best practices in data modelling, governance, and documentation
• Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to manage and scale data infrastructure
• Assist in data validation, cleansing, and transformation for regulatory and reporting purposes

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience with SQL/Python
• Understanding of data structures, data modelling, and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, or similar)
• Basic understanding of cloud data services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
