Your responsibilities, Champion Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, owning sprints, ceremonies, and delivery timelines., Drive planning and prioritisation with Product Managers and Tech Leads, turning big ideas into actionable sprint cycles., Manage both legacy and new development, ensuring every sprint balances innovation with stability., Remove blockers, maintain team velocity, and coach the team in Agile best practices., Collaborate across design, QA, and development, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication., Own delivery metrics and help teams continuously improve with data-led insights.

3+ years as a Scrum Master / Software Delivery Manager in Agile environments., Experience leading software development teams and tracking performance using Agile metrics., A technical mindset with a solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle., Excellent communication skills – both with tech teams and stakeholders., Organised, proactive, and ready to lead from the front.

Optional, Fintech or payments industry experience, Lean/Agile certifications, Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack

All our services are developed using a minimum of dotnet core 3.1 with C# and we develop API first. We provide a REST API that allows other platforms to integrate with us. We store our data in various database engines managed by AWS (Aurora using PostgresSQL and DynamoDB). We utilise services from the cloud provider where possible.
