Your responsibilities, Own and manage SAP Fieldglass application and related HR IT solutions, Ensure smooth operation of contingent workforce processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding) for German entities, Act as the primary contact for German business stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Operations), Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system solutions, Coordinate implementation of new functionalities and process improvements, Monitor system performance, interfaces, and automated processes, Manage external IT service providers and ensure SLA compliance, Handle incidents, escalations, and 3rd level support activities, Coordinate system releases, testing, and documentation, Drive automation and digitalization within contingent workforce processes, Ensure compliance with local German labor law requirements and regulations, Manage end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle including cooperation with external agencies and suppliers, Support and optimize processes related to contractor engagement models relevant for the German market such as service-based contracts and contractor agreements, Ensure proper system support for hiring managers, agencies and external workers within SAP Fieldglass, Oversee contract lifecycle management for contingent workers including compliance with German labor and procurement regulations, Act as a coordination point between hiring managers, agencies and IT to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement processes, Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, Business, or related field), 3+ years of experience in IT product management or application management, Experience with HR IT applications: must have (with SAP Fieldglass preferred), Solid understanding of contingent workforce processes (recruitment, onboarding), Experience working with German business entities or processes, Strong knowledge of IT service management and provider management, Experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management, Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, German: C1/C2 (mandatory – daily work with German stakeholders), English: min. B2, Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, High ownership and accountability for systems and processes, Excellent communication skills in an international environment, Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders, Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset, Experience in managing contingent workforce including cooperation with agencies and handling contractor or service-based agreements is an advantage, Travel: up to 40% (Hamburg, Germany)

About the project
As an IT Product Manager for SAP Fieldglass, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the application supporting external workforce management (contractors, agencies, temporary staff). You will work closely with German stakeholders, ensuring that recruitment and onboarding processes are efficient, compliant, and fully supported by IT solutions.
In addition, you will play a key role in managing contingent workforce processes in close collaboration with agencies and suppliers, including handling contract types relevant for the German market such as service contracts and contractor agreements.
