Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
Job Summary
Principal .NET Developer will serve as the top technical leader and strategist for the organization, driving the design and implementation of complex systems using .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, and Azure. In this role, you will provide architectural vision, ensure system scalability, and guide teams in applying best practices in unit testing, Domain-Driven Design, and microservices. You will play a key role in shaping the technology roadmap and ensuring the use of modern tools to deliver top-quality solutions.

In this role, you will provide architectural vision, ensure system scalability, and guide teams in applying best practices in unit testing, Domain-Driven Design, and microservices. You will play a key role in shaping the technology roadmap and ensuring the use of modern tools to deliver top-quality solutions.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the key technical expert and strategist for the development of complex, high-performance systems using .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, and Azure.
- Lead the technical vision and long-term strategy for software architecture across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices for application development, cloud architecture, and microservices.
- Mentor and guide developers at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to define and implement large-scale solutions, balancing technical excellence and business objectives.
- Lead the adoption of advanced technologies, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architecture, and cloud-native patterns.
- Oversee the use of DevExpress controls to ensure consistent user experience across applications.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, driving technical decision-making and ensuring seamless integration of systems.
- Promote unit testing as a critical aspect of the software development lifecycle to ensure the reliability and performance of the systems.
- Must be able to commute to Krakow office one day per week.
- Extensive experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure and large-scale system architecture.
- Strong command of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, and design patterns.
- Expertise in C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and DevExpress controls.
- Proven expertise in unit testing frameworks, integration testing, and automated testing strategies.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy, innovation, and complex software solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus).
- Knowledge of SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles.
- Fluent in English and Polish both written and spoken.

- UoP (Employment Contract): 22,000 PLN gross/month
