Stefanini Group is seeking a talented Reporting Specialist to join our Client's team in Cracow. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital insights and analytics across multiple delivery teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working across several digital data sources such as Jira, ServiceNow to produce optimization recommendations for our digital products
• Ensuring that the reporting & analysis needs of the business stakeholders are delivered to agreed requirements and timelines
• Designing, building, and deploying reports, dashboards and analytical solutions that drive operational efficiency using best practice design and visualization techniques
• Performing deep dive analysis around key projects
• Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data
• Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs
  
  

Job Requirements

Experience and Technical skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to develop visualizations that are easy to understand and digest.
• Experience in manipulating large and complex data sets.
• Proficiency in English on business level
• Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, and Python is a plus.
