As a Senior AI Product Manager – Cybersecurity & Governance, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial industry, committed to enhancing security and compliance through innovative AI solutions. You will drive the development and strategic delivery of Cyber AI products that reinforce controls, optimize processes, and elevate governance standards. Your main responsibilities:
- Own and continuously refine the Cyber AI roadmap, aligning it with business goals and evolving landscapes.
- Manage the definition and delivery of Cyber AI products through clear roadmaps, measurement protocols, and governance frameworks.
- Analyze bank processes to identify controls, interlocks, and areas for streamlining, ensuring AI automates value-adding enhancements, not broken workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to uncover true process needs and translate insights into actionable AI solutions.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative methods to provide strategic insights, enabling informed decision-making.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, designing content that supports cyber principles, control teams, and AI knowledge sharing.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in AI product management or related roles within regulated, complex environments.
- Proven ability to operate effectively at the intersection of business, leadership, and technical teams.
- Strong research, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience with regulation and AI governance is preferred.

- Certifications or expertise in AI governance or cybersecurity.
