At least 5 years of experience in defect management, testing, or related roles within structured project environments., Strong expertise in test management methodologies and defect lifecycle management., Proficiency in Jira testing tools, including dashboard creation and filter management., Solid understanding of banking functional areas and SDLC, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies., Cross-domain consulting or business analysis experience., Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal., Ability to work effectively in multicultural, distributed teams.

Optional, Testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) or similar qualifications., Knowledge of migration testing and UAT processes., Experience in investment banking projects., Familiarity with data migration and application re-installation.
