Senior Test Engineer (Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)

Your responsibilities, Lead and execute end-to-end testing for Pega CDH implementations, Test decision strategies, NBA/NBO, propositions, and customer journeys, Design and review test strategies, plans, cases, and test data, Validate decision logic, adaptive models, offers, arbitration, and real-time interactions, Perform functional, integration, regression, system testing, and UAT support, Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners, Ensure quality, data accuracy, and compliance standards, Support defect triage and root cause analysis, Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders

10+ years experience in software testing / QA, 2–5 years hands-on experience with Pega CDH, Strong understanding of:, Decision management, Marketing automation, Personalization, Experience testing:, Business rules, Decision strategies, Customer journeys, Strong knowledge of SDLC / STLC / testing best practices, German C1 (mandatory), Strong analytical and communication skills
