System and Reporting Specialist - Health

In this role you will be responsible for assuring that Health & Safety performance and compliance reporting and analytics are in place and supporting the organization to improve performance as well as meeting our company external Health & Safety reporting requirements.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Working on Health (& Safety) reporting and analytics
• Overseeing the performance of reporting systems/platforms, ensuring insights are available to all operating companies and data quality standards are maintained.
• Being a specialist, expert in a specific field providing professional support to OpCo/Region.
• Procedural work (with a broad scope and integrated approach, using complex systems).
• Extracting health data from various systems and combining these in dashboard enabling informed decision making on risks and opportunities
• Leveraging standardized Health & Safety management and reporting systems to effectiveness and efficiency including Knowledge Management
• Analyzing Health & Safety data to identify trends, patterns and areas for continuous improvement
• Maintaining master data structure
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of selected data-driven and technology solutions
  
  

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• Bachelor or Master degree
• 5 years of work experience
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare data management in a large multinational and/or hospital, medical service provider
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with management & reporting systems, PowerBI, Microsoft Office, AI, knowledge of industry trends
• Very good communication skills
• Project managment skills would be an asset
• English - full professional proficiency
