About the role
We're looking for Tech Lead who will drive technical direction for assigned team — from database design to UI — and take accountability for scalability, performance, and code quality.
This is a hybrid role based in Kraków — 2–3 days per week from the office.
Frontend Development:
React Expertise – Production experience building features in React (preferably with TypeScript); solid understanding of scalable, component-based frontend architecture.
UX & Performance Awareness – You care about performance, accessibility, and usability; comfortable translating Figma designs into clean, reusable components.
Software Engineering Principles:
Architecture & Design – You apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and know how to structure modular, scalable systems in a product context.
API Design – Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs; comfortable owning API contracts across frontend, backend, and mobile.
AI Tooling – You actively use AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to boost your productivity — whether for coding, debugging, documentation, or problem-solving.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Team Collaboration – Proven experience in cross-functional product teams (backend, frontend, mobile, UX/UI, QA) delivering end-to-end features.
Mentoring & Code Quality – You actively support other engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and raising engineering standards.
Ownership Mentality – You take initiative, seek solutions rather than tasks, and are comfortable making architectural decisions and trade-offs.
English Proficiency – You can read and write technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and communicate effectively in English when working with external stakeholders or clients.
Tech Leadership
You have hands-on Tech Lead experience and are able to:
Coordinate technical efforts across a product team and with clients.
Ensure effective delivery aligned with product and technical goals.
Support estimation, planning, and architectural decision-making.
Act as a technical bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders.
Competitive Salary Range: depending on your experience, we offer between 20'000 - 25'000 PLN net on a B2B contract, or between 16'600 – 20'750 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.
