Role overview

We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and inquisitive professional. You will play a key role in We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer / Business Analyst to drive business analysis and solution design within payments-focused projects. This role combines technical expertise with business understanding to deliver high-quality solutions and manage change across the project lifecycle.

You will

• Capture, analyze, and document business and IT processes
• Design solutions and recommend change interventions
• Plan and manage change activities, including timelines and stakeholder engagement
• Support communication and training initiatives
• Track progress and provide status reporting
• Implement solutions and ensure successful delivery
• Lead and manage support staff, optimizing resource allocation

Must have

• 5+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst / Business Consultant
• Strong knowledge of payments (required)
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (product, tech, business)
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Analytical mindset with attention to quality
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Fast learner with adaptability
• Understanding of full project lifecycle
• Business-oriented with a technical background
